Design Lingua or the Language of Design has been created as a firm hoping to serve our community by creatively delivering unique design projects. We aim to grow into a firm that encompasses all aspects of the construction industry, right from the inception of a project in terms of design documentation to engineering, procurement, and construction.
Company History
Design Lingua is a young company founded on 14th September 2021. However, within a short span of time, it has completed designs for projects in multiple sectors, gaining the trust and respect of its clients and contractors alike. DL though doesn't just stop at submission of the project plans and drawings. Rather we offer to hand hold our clients through the construction process right from the project inception to project completion. We help in building out the Project BOQs, performing reasonable cost estimates, guiding the project execution teams, and doing quality audits. As a result, we have saved our clients appreciable sums of money in costly rework and ensured that the design expectations are met in on-ground construction reality.
Vision and Ethos
At Design Lingua, we are focussed on providing solutions to the market gap that arise out of the hands off policy many architects take after providing with project plans and the uncertainties and queries that arise during project execution phase either due to missing details or construction realities. We aim to leverage technology to bring in greater clarity to our designs and ensure more transparent communication between our teams and our clients. Our focus on 3D modelling has helped us close out contracts much faster and ensured greater security and clarity for our clients. They are able to visualize better what is actually going to be built.

Founder & CEO
A graduate and post-graduate of the School of Planning and Architecture Delhi, Ananta worked on prestigious design projects in major MNCs and government organizations including working on Smart Cities Mission, Master Plan of Delhi 2041, mixed-use masterplanning projects. Integral Designs and AECOM before shifting her focus to working for the government in designing the Master Plan of Delhi 2021. With the delivery of Master Plan, Ananta set her sights on taking up the challenge of entrepreneurship to bring her attention to detail and desire for creativity in design with the intent of bridging the gap and uncertainty from the design to execution phase of construction projects.

Mentor & Advisor
Mr. Sham Lal Mittal is a retired Chief Engineer from the Indian Railways Engineering Services and the founder of Apurvakriti Infrastructure Private Limited. AIPL works primarily in the construction of various railway track construction works such as the laying of ballastless railway track for Metros and construction of railway sidings.
